So some may be wondering what is it like living on a 'tourist' island in the off season? ...it sucks. Maybe no one is wondering what it is like but that is okay too, i just want to have something to do so I will start writing about it. This is the web and there is a lot of 'others lifestyles' questioning voyeurism out there these days, right? well here it comes lackluster as it will most likely be like it or not these are my days on Samos in the winter.

Starting it all off what am I doing now? Other than typing this out I have just started copying all my 100GB of songs to another drive since the one they are on is crapping out. After losing my internal drive on my computer this summer I don't want to take the chances of losing most of my tunes too. Seems the music and movies are what keep me company most of the time anyway.

For the rest of the day so far... got up around 10 after lying in bed a few hours listening to the stormy weather outside. There is a little rain and so much wind! but it is warmer than the past week so i have the windows open and the door open and the wind is blowing through the place 'airing it out'.

Now it is getting colder so the doors are closed and the sun is going down.

So what else have i done today? the dishes, had coffee, played Gladiatus join and become a member of my guild (i know lame but it occupies my time till i can get another game from the magical ether of the internet onto my computer)... need to eat something.

Started raining outside again so think i will not make it down to pick up my PADI card from Andonis today.

Have been watching the "The JavaScript Programming Language" classes by Douglas Crockford to feel like I am learning something in this time trying to get a better understanding of how MooTools and fun things like that actually work, somewhat.

Time to eat. Let's see how long I can keep up this 'writing of what's going on here' 'cause who knows maybe something interesting will happen now and again.
